Outkast prototype

Outkast prototype was the fourth release off the Speakerboxxx/The Love Below soundtrack. The song features soft melodies and a peaceful rhythm.

This song is basically another example of Andre 3000 doing anything he wants on the recorder to just create music. It shows him experimenting with his artistic talents and not following the typical structure for regular songs.

The basic synopsis of the song is Dre finding love again and appreciating the woman that has shown him this love.

Favorite Lines:

There’s not really a lot of “great lines” in the song because the lyrics are so short and somewhat basic. But that doesn’t negate this from still being a good song.

I wanna say stank you very muchFor picking me upAnd bringing me back to this world

I like this line because it basically just illustrates how Dre was once lost in the “player’s game” but now has been brought back to the light by his newfound love. Real simple, but still powerful because it helps shows the strength of true love.
